Admissions

We are so excited that you are interested in learning more about Menachem Mendel Seattle Cheder Day School (MMSC) of Seattle!

The MMSC admissions process is completed in just a few simple steps:

1. Schedule a school visit and interview

2. Gather required materials, including school transcripts and Hebrew school transcripts for students who have attended 1st grade and higher.

3. Complete the online application below and pay the $75 application fee, according to the student's grade level.

4. Apply for financial aid, if necessary, through the FAST tool here.

Our Elementary school program is taught in a unique format that allows children to learn both secular and Jewish subjects in an individualized way.

Submit school transcripts (including Hebrew school, if available) for children past first grade with your application.

Our Middle School programs integrate Math, Reading, English, Science with several Jewish subjects to provide a well-rounded education.

Application Decision

Applications are considered individually by the Admissions Committee and according to available vacancies. Applicants will be notified of their status after completion of all admissions procedures.

 

Students are considered for admission based on evidence of the applicant's desire and potential for success in a dual college-preparatory/Judaic Studies program. Upon acceptance, a prompt reply and return of the enrollment contract, along with a $300 enrollment deposit, are required to reserve a student's place at MMSC. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
